These Terms apply when you use luckjar.co or place an order with Luck Jar LLC. By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

Store & orders
Luck Jar sells apparel and related products through a Shopify-hosted store. Product details, availability, prices, promotions, shipping charges, and taxes may change. We try to keep everything accurate, but we may correct errors, cancel or refuse an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, payment, and shipping information.

Products
Many Luck Jar items are made to order. Product photos and screen colors are intended to be accurate, but small differences in garment color, placement, print appearance, or display color may occur. Sizing varies by fit, so please review the size guide before ordering.

Returns, defects & shipping
Our Shipping & Return Policy is part of these Terms. Please read it before purchasing. In general, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or simply not liking an item after delivery. Defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items are reviewed case by case.

Accounts & promotions
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Promotions may have limits such as one use per customer or account and may be changed or ended where permitted by law. Abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass promotion limits may result in cancellation of the discount or order.

Intellectual property
The Luck Jar name, branding, site design, original graphics, photos, copy, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Luck Jar LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially use that content without permission.

Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with the store, unauthorized access, scraping intended to disrupt the service, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may use other third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, and site features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Luck Jar LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of use or purchase will apply as permitted by law.
